M&A execution. Product systems. Building institutions.
I’m a Tanzanian student at Grinnell. This is a brief overview of my work, from capital strategy and venture development to energy access and community.
Turning ideas and opportunities into practical execution.

Capital Strategy
Capital strategy is my core execution lane. I support founders and operators with target mapping, diligence structure, valuation, deal math, and transaction documentation support, with a bias toward practical speed and clear decision-making.
I focus on building repeatable systems so teams can evaluate opportunities, negotiate intelligently, and close without chaos.
Wilson Center Catalyst is Grinnell College’s idea incubator and fund that supports students in moving early concepts toward execution.
I rebuilt the program around a countdown-to-launch curriculum, introduced customer-facing structure and sales-oriented execution, and standardized the venture journey into clear stages with repeatable templates and expectations.
The goal is simple: shorten the distance between an idea and a credible first launch, while raising the quality and follow-through of student projects.
GrinFit is a student-built campus wellness project focused on gym utilization, training habits, and nutrition visibility.
I worked on translating student needs into a structured, user-facing product by defining core functionality, contributing to execution frameworks, and aligning technical development with real usage constraints in a campus environment.
I integrated Grinnell’s eGauge electricity tracking system into the Grinnell College Open Energy Dashboard (GCOED) and created the first comprehensive emissions tracking system in five years.
The JuaJamii Initiative supports sustainable energy development by empowering low-income communities in Tanzania to adopt renewable forms of energy production instead of conventional, non-renewable alternatives. The project improved electricity access for more than 100 people.
I’ve served in several student organizations at Grinnell College, including the African-Caribbean Student Organization Cabinet, the International Student Organization Cabinet, the Weekend Programming Board, and the Office of Sustainability.
